All participants of the American Choral Forum and Symposium grant unlimited and free of charge to their organizers all legal rights to photograph, record, publish and transmit, for non-commercial purposes, all instances of the event by all graphic and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

The organizers do not accept any responsibility for any kind of accident, illness, lost luggage or other travel risks that could occur during the American Coral Forum. It is suggested to take your forecasts through travelers insurance that include all kinds of medical and/or legal situations before arriving in San Juan.
